I have checked the game and have no freezing issues
Let's try a couple of things first check there are no pending updates
Check you have the latest version which is 1.147.4 You can find this in your phones settings then apps open bw2 scroll down and you will find it
If all is good then please log out the game and restart your device
I notice you are playing on a iPad if you don't have the latest version it will be because you have reached the point where you need to move exclusively to mobile
