Please log out not just close the game
You can do this by selecting the cog wheel bottom left of your game screen then select the 3rd icon up from the bottom and select log out then leave your device off for a moment or two this should clear it for you

Bubblewitch 2 screen is frozen at the same place on every level. You click on the level and the witch in the same position but the background is different depending on the level. What can I do to solve this problem. I have tried everything suggested on various sites to fix this but nothing works.
Hi my friend you can only then try logging out not just closing your game and close anything else you may have open then turn your device of for a couple of minutes

Please first check you have no pending updates then select the settings from your device then apps and select bw2
Clear your cache then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or 2
This should unfreeze the level for you 💓
