Game is frozen on level 5671. Says I’m on level 999. I don’t lose a life when I end game but level will not reset. Other levels work. Very frustrating!!! I’ve powered off my iPad, checked for updates,etc., no success.

I get your frustration I to hate when that happens but then another time the players can be very active 💓
Team Quests are they played with same level players? I keep having problems with players taking a quest then never playing blocking any line progress for days.
Hi my friend welcome can you please try clearing the ingame cache from your device settings menu and checking you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Then play any level that you can access then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two
