Hello good night, it's the same thing I'm going through now, there was a mosaic left to finish the other one and a participant was placed and he still hasn't finished it, it's been 12 hours and nothing..... It's frustrating to wait.

Hi my friend I understand you frustration it recently took me 4 days to complete the board then another day it got completed 3 times in the 24hrs so it can be good or bad depending on how active the team is 💓

Hi @tonin_01 I know the feeling. They jump right on nd take a tile and never play. I always wait a while to see what happens before playing. When it is astrategic, I reserve a tile but don't play it until someone else is successful

it can be a good strategy to reserve a tile - but not for hours or after other team members have completed their 4 tiles and the strategic player is sitting on a tile and not moving. That’s the frustration. The game should be finished within an hour and preferably less.

Thanks. I am not impressed with the support team. It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve had an issue. Friends are having a similar issue with not being able to connect but can play. Support won’t admit there is an issue and I am repeatedly asked the same questions regarding updates and my device. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve sent screenshots and videos showing the issue as well. Still no luck.

It is a little annoying that players start a new thread rather than posting comments or questions under this tab 🤷‍♀️
