Where have all my li es from friends gone…keep requesting but no luck.
I wonder if anyone actually works on the game - unless there is an issue. Unfortunately for us the “game” is plagued with issue after issue.
I'm still having the same issue...still to getting any lives back

Well if you fixed it, nothing has changed for me. I’m still not getting lives from friends. If I get a life at all, it’s usually from myself as shown in this photo as proof. I’m disappointed to say the least. Obviously there’s an issue if I can only get a life from myself.
Hey there! Thank you all for your patience! I wanted to clarify what’s been going on: many of you may remember the loading issue where the game got stuck at 62%. After a thorough investigation, the Studio found that this was caused by a duplication glitch, where lives appeared to increase with each login, even though they weren’t actually being sent. The good news? The issue has been fixed!
To ensure this doesn’t happen again and that the game runs smoothly for everyone, adjustments were needed, which is why you may notice some lives missing. We know it’s not ideal, but rest assured this is expected, and it’s a step towards a better game experience.
If from now on you notice issues with lives coming through, please let us know. Thanks so much for sticking with us, witches and wizards!

We ARE patient - this and other issues drag on and on and on!!! I cannot comprehend why it takes the developers so long to do their job and fix the game issues. There are many King Games - do they all have these never ending issues?

Facebook seems to have blocked BWS2 - sigh. Anyone heard anything? I usually play on my iPhone. I have had a similar issue with Criminal Case games for months. FB won’t communicate with the developers. Thanks all
Hi @benniem27 king does not support Facebook for bw2 any longer although you are currently playing after level 3910 no more levels will be available and you will encounter problems you will need to switch mobile android 10 or above or IPhone iOs 10 or above and download via play store or apple store you can read more about it 👉 here 👈
However if you are below that level we currently have a known issue with Facebook that is currently being worked on you can read more information 👉 here 👈💓

Hi yes but as bw2 no longer supports Facebook you will continue to experience problems and will miss out on any important in game updates 💓

So if I do not play on Facebook, how do I load the game, without losing my level, etc? The team quest has disappeared from Facebook. Has this happened wherever you play? I do not find this group easy to navigate either. It's difficult to understand posts or find posts and I have no idea how to get badges or where do the badges go? I at level 6561. I have 99 notifications here and no idea how to clean them or even find the posts the notifications relate too. Thanks for your time. Apologies for always whining. BennieM27

At the top of this page you will see an orange box with all the links to post your level milestone and you will receive all the badges
To joining in contest again at the top of this page you will see a row of green tabs for you to select
To view your badges on your wall select your avatar top right of this page then select it again from the next screen
Here you can view all your activitie and any badges you collect

It’s very disappointing that there is no update from King Games regarding the team quests (sadly misnamed “bingo” - it’s nothing like bingo) - more so for those who pay to support the game. I know the moderators will post as soon as there is news. B
I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for this to be resolved! Extremely frustrating! I have a team and receive lives but am basically playing for nothing. I've emailed support about this and still can't get a straight answer.
Following my above post - the current challenge to collect 5,000 bubbles for a reward is stuck between 33, 34 and 35% - it moves between the 3 and will not budge above 35%! Ugh !!! The problem with online games is the developers take our $$ (I know not all players pay) but there is no accountability !

I know this has happened to me previously then it eventually catches up

You could try logging out and leaving your device off for a moment or two it may wake it up for you 💓

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
