Hi my friend you request them from your envelope in your game but unfortunately we have a known issue that some players are not receiving lives there will be a fix put in place in January for this error 🎄💓

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
