Please check for any pending updates then play any old level then logg out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two

I received the new levels - sadly many have not. I hope the issue can be rectified. š¤
Well, we're way into Wednesday afternoon here, and no new levels. Are they planning to extend the star bubble challenge into the next day ? Or, will there be no new levels this week?

PS - Iāve contacted support and have received no reason for the failure to release new levels with lots of commentary on how hard the team work - doing their job! š¤¬
Ditto - I have also taken all the steps above to get the new levels but no luck either. I play on an iPhone. Once again nothing posted by the support team about the issue šš¤·āāļø
Same problem here. Hopefully, it gets fixed before time runs out.
Iām also having problems getting new levels, Iāve updated the app , Iāve signed out then signed back in again and still no new levels . Iāve also cleared my cache ..Iām playing on I pad 10th generation.
