Hi @PrettyBubbles I have not had this week's new levels. I know sometimes they are late but would have expected them by now.
Hi Still no new levels, even tried logging out.
However, I installed the game on another device and the new levels are there. The Team Quests and Play Together are synched perfectly between the two devices. Just not the levels.
Hi my friend good news your levels have been manually restore
If you can not yet see them please play any level you do not have to complete it then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two

Tried everything still no new levels
Hi my friend new levels were released on the 5th
Have you tried the trouble shooting advice we give
A good Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
check for any pending updates
Clear the game cache from your device settings then apps menu
Find bw2 then select Storage you can clear cache from there
Log out then leave your device off for a few minutes

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.
Even though I receive and accept additional lives, they do not show up in my life "count'"

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
