"Your Messages

Question

I no longer receive Messages and lives while playing  Bubble Witch saga 2. I reconnected, have the last version of game and android. I turned off phone and wi-fi and reconnected and still I do not get messages and lives. I'm at level 5302 and afraid to uninstall because I do not want to loss my status. Any suggestions?
