Why do i no longer receive livex

I no longer receive lives from game friends but I'm always sending them from the lives pop up. Is there a problem with the game

Please try these steps first:

* Make sure the game is updated to the latest version
* Fully close and reopen the game
* Restart your device
* Check that you’re connected to a stable internet connection
* Log out and back to the account in the game

If this still doesn't solve the issue, it could be that those friends aren't active in the game right now - as we don't have a problem in the game related to this right now.
