I am constantly getting the error message Conecction Failed when trying to access Team Quests. My internet connection is great. I have to keep reloading the game until it connects.

Hi @PrettyBubbles I have already done all this. This problem started about a month ago but it's getting worse. I now need at least 5 attempts to connect.

Force close apps and restart your device. Check that you have the latest game and device updates You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
