I just checked on settings. I updated this game on 4 Aug 26. Its since then that there has been a problem. It's not just not getting messages, it's disappearing messages. Before the update there was no problem. I think the chances are that the bug is in the update! Please investigate the update. Please. This is so not bubblific.
