I just want to inform who ever have the same situation. About a months ago, I wasn't able to open the game at all. I cleaned cache and even reinstalled the game 3 times. I've lost all my boosters and tools I've earned and started from the beginning. I contacted support, followed all their suggestions. A week ago I was in the middle of the game, when it was switched off and I couldn't open it without reinstall again. At that point, I was fed with it and hated to reinstall game and start collect boosters from beginning. So I stop playing this fcuking game. I was on level 9688.
