I play Bubble Witch 2 and really enjoy it.

Just lately when I open up my game it it showing my lives a 0 but says 'Full' next to it and I'm not able to play any games as it asks me to 'add lives'.

What's going on. My husband plays this as well and is having no problems.

    Hi @Donna_donzy BW2 officially stopped being supported in October last year and only mobile versions were supported after that date if players have managed to keep playing on a pc or via Facebook they will be receiving no new updates ๐Ÿ‘โญ

    Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. This is important!!!

    Thank but didn't help. I play the game through Facebook, so presume this makes a difference.

    Hi @Donna_donzy Your problems are definitely because you are playing BW2 through Facebook.

    Facebook book is no longer supported for BW2 you will not get updates and will not be able to progress also it is only playable on a mobile device.

    To continue successfully you will need to play on a mobile using king only you should then be back to a happy player ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘

    Thanks for your reply but that doesn't explain how my husband can play it through FB and I can't.

    Hi @Donna_donzy Levels up to 4330 are still playable but no updates regarding any new events and challenges will be available. We also do not any longer support any Facebook issues.

    To maximize your gaming experience and get all the recent updates you will need to be playing on a mobile and no longer use Facebook as your platform

    I was only on level 1145 and still not received lives since December.

    I presume this is with all King games as have had trouble with other games as well.
