    I downloaded from the Microsoft store but then its keeps asking me to register but cant find were to sign in to keep track when i exit the game

    Hi @emotionalgirl Yes you must register did you complete the registration

    If you so you will see this screen

    Then select the tab above the red tab and you will see this
