Can’t play BW2

Had a problem for a few days with Bubble Witch 2 - tapping ‘play’ just took me back to my homepage. Now I can play Jackalope, but main level page is frozen. I’m playing on iPad mini OS15.7.

Hi @Liz_Armstrong Sorry you are having this problem
I have checked the game and have no freezing issues
Let's try a couple of things first check there are no pending updates
Check you have the latest version which is 1.147.4 You can find this in your phones settings then apps open bw2 scroll down and you will find it
If all is good then please log out the game and restart your device
I notice you are playing on a iPad if you don't have the latest version it will be because you have reached the point where you need to move exclusively to mobile

Thanks for your help.I’d already gone through all the things you suggest. However, the problem seems to have resolved itself as of last night! Not sure what that problem was but all ok now. Thanks again.
