I cannot get my last game, level 900+.

Can I ask who has previously given you instructions as this is your first post here
Can you explain a little more
Do your levels drop each time you restart the game if so this will be because the game is not being saved
To find this out please select profile from your start up screen you should then see this
If not you're progress is not being saved and you will need to follow the instructions to save your progress
However if you're progress is being saved then please check for any pending updates, go to your phones settings choose apps scroll to BW2 and clear the cache then log out and leave your device off for a short while

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
