Can something be put in place to penalise “team” quest players who claim a tile but do not play - or play a random tile without helping the team!l? It is so frustrating !

I do not understand why some team quest players sit on their tile for 2-24 hours spoiling the game for others 🤷♀️
Hi @benniem27 I am a player but also a moderator for bw2 and bw3 and yes we are aware how frustrating it cam be but it would be a mammoth task for our team to alter the process of the bingo
They can not reset the board as any that have already collected tiles would have to keep starting again and with the vast amount of players we have checking every board to see who hasn't cleared in 24hrs would be impossible 💓
This was a question to support - I am guessing you are a player; this issue of "team players" blocking tiles does NOT occur "at times", it is a daily issue :(

I hear your frustration and at times feel it but unfortunately we have to just wait each 24hrs to clear more titles 💓

Stuck on level 4325 forever, fix it impossible to clear

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
