.Hello good day yesterday I installed candycrush and at the end of the game I sent friend request for lives, and today that game bubblewitch 2 I have no friends, why did this happen could you help me. Thank you, greetings.

I too have had game issues following the last 2 game updates. It takes a few days but you will get your friends back.
Yes unfortunately you do loose boosters after a reinstall
We only recommend this if all other trouble shooting fails so its worth asking for help beforehand 💓
Well day, no, it was not the level I ran out of power-ups for restarting my game because of the problem of lack of friends, I had already done it and everything was fine but today I fail and I don't have a single booster.
Oh my goodness my friend that level is tuff even after using all those boosters 💓

Hi my friend yes those are the correct instructions to fix this and most blips
Also sometimes if you close your device then come back and play 1 level this can also reset things 💓
Hello good day, Some time ago I had the same problem, my friends disappeared, I did what you recommended... Delete cache close session but with this action I don't lose my boosters, please comment me. Thank you good play.

We don't currently have an issue with lives
Please try these steps
Clear the game cache from your device settings make sure you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Check for any pending updates then log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two let's see if this resets things for you 💓

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
