Hi! Well, it looks working, but all the more than 50 lives I had, sent from my friends, disappeared, and now nobody is answering to my request of new lives...I could say that bw2 instead of relaxing me, it's stressing me lol 😂

Do you have many boosters as if not due to all other methods not working the only thing left to try is to uninstall
We only recommend this as a last resort as you would loose any boosters
please let me know your thoughts 💓

Done...but still not working at all. As soon as I request lives from the envelope, the app shuts down.No way to get them. It's longtime having this issue, more than 3 months. How comes? What's wrong with the bw2 team? Usually you are fast to solve issues! ☹️
Please try playing any level then from your device settings menu go to apps then bw2 and clear the cache
Re request lives from the envelope top of the game screen
then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Let's see if this resets it 💓
Yeah my friends sent me more than 50 lives...but I can't get them! Please solve the problem! It's not nice waiting for the new lives coming...
well if that’s true it will definitely limit my play. I’m at the end of the game and have to wait for new levels to be added.
for me new lives are added after I play any level. Maybe you have tried this. Good luck.
Hi my friend lives are very hit and miss in all our games
If you keep repeating requests although you may have already done so they will soon start coming through
In the meantime let's see if a refresh helps
First check for any pending updates as we have received one today
Make sure you have at least 2gig of free memory and a strong Internet connection

Why didn't the ads appear to get help?
Are the tiles/squares the same for every player?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
Every time I get a survey advertisement, it loses connection and I have to start the level over again. Can you please fix this bug?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
