Hi my friend updating your game is a very important part for making sure you do not miss any fixes as they are included in updates

On the 20th July I received a collect purple bubbles for Nero event thats why I posted so above

I have also re raised the events issue and am awaiting a further update

I am sorry this is happening right now but I am on it and chasing it up for everyone

Fixes are complex and do take some time thats with every game 💓

I am not happy about this - of course. If there is an issue, why haven’t we been told? Again King Games is taking NO responsibility for their poor customer service. One of my friends wrote and got the usually useless response - but no indication there was an issue and they are working on it.

No @PrettyBubbles no star bubble event was released. Please stop reminding us to update our app and phone - the issue is with the game, not us. Again it’s very disappointing. There is nothing to do in this game for players at the top level.

What happened to the 3day or the 2 day challenges??? Only the weekend challenge appeared. Missed them last week and nothing on Monday this week.
