I was having the same issue for weeks too…as a last resort, frustrated, I today logged out of my account and logged back in....after an hour or so…I seem to have got my lives back.
I too have lost all of my lives and can not receive lives from other players. I have been playing this game for many years and this is the first time I have had any issues. I hope you are working to find out what the issues are.
I'm sick of this too. I quite playing for a very long time when you couldn't play on FB anymore and I had to start all over from level 1. They are about to lose me again.

this fault has been more than a week now. I have no lives as I have "no new messages". Please get it fixed as my 5 lives have been used rapidly and then I have to quit,not hanging around and definitely not purchasing lives.

I’ve had the same problem since the last update. Lives disappeared and I can give but when I try to request nothing happens
I also lost a bunch of "reserve" lives. Try reconnecting to FB. It brought some of those lives back for me. 🤙🏼😎

I have never received lives following a login. Prior to this “no lives” issue I did not get lives until after I played one game. 🤷♀️

We ARE patient - this and other issues drag on and on and on!!! I cannot comprehend why it takes the developers so long to do their job and fix the game issues. There are many King Games - do they all have these never ending issues?

My lives have disappeared! What happened?
Hey there! Thank you all for your patience! I wanted to clarify what’s been going on: many of you may remember the loading issue where the game got stuck at 62%. After a thorough investigation, the Studio found that this was caused by a duplication glitch, where lives appeared to increase with each login, even though they weren’t actually being sent. The good news? The issue has been fixed!
To ensure this doesn’t happen again and that the game runs smoothly for everyone, adjustments were needed, which is why you may notice some lives missing. We know it’s not ideal, but rest assured this is expected, and it’s a step towards a better game experience.
If from now on you notice issues with lives coming through, please let us know. Thanks so much for sticking with us, witches and wizards!
Well if you fixed it, nothing has changed for me. I’m still not getting lives from friends. If I get a life at all, it’s usually from myself as shown in this photo as proof. I’m disappointed to say the least. Obviously there’s an issue if I can only get a life from myself.

I wonder if anyone actually works on the game - unless there is an issue. Unfortunately for us the “game” is plagued with issue after issue.
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.
