Where have all my li es from friends gone…keep requesting but no luck.

I feel your pain - I am near the top level; I regularly go to lower levels where I have 1 star and attempt to increase the stars. It’s all there is to do with this game.

great idea - I do the scrolling while watching TV and it doesn’t take too long - but it would be great if it was quicker.
Hi @Pennytho! This isn’t an issue but an intentional measure to fix the bug causing the loading problem. We shared updates about why lives have disappeared here:

i have lots of friends on bubble witch 2 but never seem to get any lives from them dispite e always asking for them over and over again
I have the same issue. I have been texting King but nothing they suggest I do works. I am now getting one or two. When I see who sent lives I have scrolled down and found that approximately 79 lives were sent to me but when I accept I still only get 1 or 2. So I really don’t know the reason and obviously neither does King.Sorry
Now it IS a known issue. Why isn't it fixed yet?

I have the same issue and am getting sick of having to wait for more lives, please fix problem!
Thats awful, mine warned me if I logged out i'd start again at level 1. They are not bothering their backsides!
I tried logging out and logging back in hoping to resolve the lives issue. All of my progress was deleted and the issue was not resolved.
I'm not sure about my password, would be frightened I went back to level 1.
I too have lost all my lives and friends list, will persevere for a week then delete all my king accounts as it looks like this has been raised several times and nothing has been done about

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
