My lives disappeared from the game

Hi Witches and Wizards! 🧙‍♀️✨

We’ve shared an update in another thread about the missing lives issue, but I wanted to spread the message here as well to make sure everyone’s informed. Here’s a quick recap of what happened:

Many of you may remember the loading issue where the game got stuck at 62%. After a thorough investigation, the Studio found that this was caused by a duplication glitch, where lives appeared to increase with each login, even though they weren’t actually being sent. The good news? The issue has been fixed!

To ensure this doesn’t happen again and that the game runs smoothly for everyone, adjustments were needed, which is why you may notice some lives missing. We know it’s not ideal, but rest assured this is expected, and it’s a step towards a better game experience.

After the fix (October 29), you should receive new lives as your friends send them. However, if you notice issues with lives not coming through, please share the following details:

  1. A description of the issue and when it started
  2. Your Game ID
  3. Game version
  4. Platform and device you’re using
  5. A screenshot, if possible

Having these details helps us investigate and resolve issues more quickly. Your collaboration means a lot to us!

    Wow - unbelievable! I am one of the lucky ones who does not have this issue. I have the opposite issue - too many lives being sent and NO WAY of deleting them to keep lives under 50 as suggested. If people are STILL not receiving lives, the issue HAS NOT been resolved. Beggars belief!

    I lost all my lives over 2-3 weeks ago on Bubble witch2. I can send lives but don’t get anything back. My name is Kathleen Knight my email is … give me back my lives. This is the second message I have sent. Thank you.

    My lives disappeared last week. I posted a comment on another thread. Now, I only receive a maximum of 11 lives each day. I tested this by waiting until I reach 11 lives, then asked a Player that resides in my home to send me a life and I do not receive the additional life. It's very discouraging because I play the group challenge game each night right before going to sleep and if I choose hard challenges I sometimes deplete the 5 accruing lives and the 11 messaged lives and cannot finish the game. Not finishing my challenge can also be frustrating for the other two players, if my challenge is in the winning spot.

    OMG, Just now, after the screenshot I attached showing 11 messaged lives, we ran the test of my roommate sending me a life. I closed my game, restarted game to check for the new life, hoping to now see 12 lives

    and I only had 8 messaged lives. That is definitely a glitch in the system.

    Hi my friend thank you for your screenshots

    I see when you had 8 lives you had completed level 3330

    Then your next screenshot you had moved on to level 3347 with 11 lives so as you moved up you had received and extra 3 lives

    That shows that lives are actually coming through albeit slower than you would like 💓

    Hi guys please share the following details:

    1. A description of the issue and when it started
    2. Your Game ID
    3. Game version
    4. Platform and device you’re using
    5. A screen shot, if possible of your map showing your sent lives before then after playing 6 levels

    This will help better with identifying if there is a further issue as of now we are not aware of any further known issues 💓

    Also have the problem with no lives since the end of October. My game ID is 1326325622. I don’t know how to find the game version, but I am using iOS17.7.1 on my iPad mini. This is very frustrating, I had well over 50 lives and it looks like I am sending them but not receiving any

    We can not do anything regarding past lives lost but new lives should be coming through although there is no guarantee players will send them even if they are requested so we just have to hope some do

    To find your current version go to device settings then apps then select bw2 scroll down it will be at the bottom

    The latest version is

    1.170.1.0
