Did a factory reset of my ipad and I still can't play Bubble Witch Saga 2. Time to say goodbye?

On behalf of other players - thanks for your post. The lack of care for players by King for this and other ongoing issues is unacceptable - but somehow King management allow this behaviour to continue. The King go-to excuse of blaming players or their device/s is insulting. I fear for us all who enjoy the game. Fingers crossed something resolves.
