This has started again. As from today the game loads to 74% then crashes.
Only got four days of running this time, it's now happened again, nothing I can do to get it past 74%. ☹️ Perhaps it'll be cured on the next update!
It's happened again, loads to 74%, then crashes. Very disappointed after 16 days of running perfectly, this is so frustrating, performed all the prescribed steps but no good. I finally cleared all the game data and it loaded again so it must be game specific and not my device. Obviously lost all my rewards. Please try to resolve this.

Just to let you know, I have now had 11 days of playing since the last re-install without interruptions, I did block notifications in the game this time so it could be significant to this successful run (so far). Watch this space!
Hi Snow Rider, thanks for looking into this. I have recently acquired this device, it is a Doogee U11 tablet running Android 15, it has 128GB internal memory with 97GB free and 16GB RAM. The cache is cleared regularly so I would expect no device issues.
I do have BW2 on an older device (Huawei MediaPad T3 10, Model AGS-W09 running Android 7) that runs perfectly, albeit I had to force the game onto it by downloading the .apk rather than getting it on Play Store as it is deemed to be incompatible with BW2. This means that I am running an older version on my other device (version 1.141.0) as it cannot be updated due to incompatibility issues. Contrary to expectations, this device and BW2 have never let me down. I have no issues with the gameplay, it has been running successfully for a long time but obviously I cannot get the latest features of the game such as watching ads to get in game boosters. Perhaps there is a bug in this feature which is causing the problems?

Hi Colin! I’m really sorry to hear you’re still experiencing this issue 😔 If you’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps and even reinstalled the game a couple of times, and the problem still persists, it’s most likely linked to your device or available memory.
Please make sure your device has enough free memory, and if possible, try logging in on another device to see if the loading issue occurs there as well. This can help us better understand whether the issue is device-specific.

First, I believe there is a problem this happens far too often.
As I said I didn't have any luck with customer support maybe you will have more success.
For me the next update of the game fixed the problem. As these are infrequent you may want to wait or not.

I have exactly the same problem, loads to 74% and then crashes, I have completed all the steps above but nothing brings it back, this is now the third time I have re-installed the game in two weeks and I am very disappointed that I keep losing all my boosters. I could put up with the re-installing if only there was a way to retrieve the boosters that I have earned. I contacted the support team, got an automated reply, replied to that but have had no subsequent response (yet).
Hi my friend if regular trouble shooting does not help and it is not a wide spread issue which currently it is not unfortunately thats the only other option available 💓

Clear the game cache from your device settings
Log out and leave your device off for a moment or two

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
