two of my devices both samsung are showing levels 8430 but on my iPad this weeks levels are on all are up to date ?

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
