I have played bubble witch saga two for years. I am at level 2703.. I have followed the steps to regain my level 2703 and they keep me at the beginning of the level please help. I will just uninstall the game and go somewhere else.

Hi my friend the trouble shooting steps of making sure you are connected
checking for no pending updates in your store then playing 1 level then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two does restore any previously saved levels 💓

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
