Survey Ads

Every time I get a survey advertisement, it loses connection and I have to start the level over again. Can you please fix this bug?

The name of the game where the ad appeared - Bubble Witch 2
The day and time you saw the ad - Every single day
The country you’re playing from - United States
The type of ad (video or static image) - Static Image. It is a survey.
A screenshot of the ad - Nope, it is every single survey ad.
The name of the company or brand featured, and any links (if possible) - Look at who advertises on your platform that does surveys. I can't do all the work for you. You don't pay me.
Your Player ID or Facebook ID (if you haven’t shared this already) I'm not anonymous.

Free lifes
I'm not getting my free lifes when I sign in, anyone else hhaving this problem?
New Levels Problem
So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
Deleted account
Hİ, I need help my account was connected to Facebook and I deleted Facebook account but before that, I connected my account to my e-mail account and created a new login password I passed 7 thousand episodes, I need a way to log in again. The support email directed me to the community 🤷🏻‍♀️
Tool bar
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
Ads & Missing Lives
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
