Hi my friend unfortunately the adds are not permanent and not rolled out to all players so they can come and go

Tuve que desinstalar y volver a instalar el juego , perdí todo,.casi me agarra un ataque que me aparecía el nivel 1, después me acordé que tenía que ir conectar y seguir por el perfil de facebook que se guarda el nivel , porque lo otro se me borró todo y los anuncios ya no me salen 🤦🏻♀️

Are the tiles/squares the same for every player?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
Every time I get a survey advertisement, it loses connection and I have to start the level over again. Can you please fix this bug?
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
