So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again.
However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels.
As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update.
Any ideas?

my dad is having a similar issue right now. He plays Bubble Witch Saga 2 on PC via the BlueStacks Android emulator.
New levels are usually released every Tuesday, but this week he’s still stuck at level 8990, even though we’ve seen in a Facebook group that the game should already go up to level 9010.
The app is fully updated, we’ve completely closed and reopened the game, but the new levels still don’t appear. Unfortunately, we can’t really “turn off the device” like on a phone – the only option is closing BlueStacks.
Has anyone experienced this on BlueStacks or other emulators and found a workaround?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi my friend yes unfortunately we do have a few bugs since the new layout that we all are experiencing

have you tried playing any level? Usually that works for me; then the new levels appear. Good luck. 🤞
My app is upto date. I always update my apps daily

Hi my friend have tried logging out on your Android then leaving your device off for a minute or two then play any level and repeat 💓
Everything is ok with my game. Every week I isually recive the new levels but sometimes I don't get them. This is a technical problem with the game.

I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
Every time I get a survey advertisement, it loses connection and I have to start the level over again. Can you please fix this bug?
