I'm not getting my free lifes when I sign in, anyone else hhaving this problem?
I appreciate the clarification about a feature with giving you lives.
In this case please note that the game studio usually run test with these features that may cause them not to be available permanently and perhaps alternate with different challenges instead which is why you are no longer seeing the feature that granted the reward at the moment.
However make sure to keep your app updated as it is possible in the future for the features to return or have a different one.

Sorry, should have explained it better... in the past, anytime I open the game, there would be a pop up of free games, I haven't gotten that pop up for a couple of days

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your lives. Could you please let me know if you mean that your lives that are restored automatically after some time are not regenerating or what lives are you referring to?

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
