This has been going on for some time but I've finally managed to get some screenshots. So today the last level of the game is 9190 previously it was 9210. So not only have I lost levels I don't get the new levels.
Thank you for the advice, which hasn’t solved the problem. Yes, i do play on 2 devices for convenience. I play lots of king games and the only one I have this problem is BW2 all the other sync perfectly.

When playing on different devices, even though it's the same account, syncing issues can happen between the devices, that's why we advise that players only use one device per game/account.
