I lost last week's level with the monday update

I had completed through 9350 and today, the new challenge removed the levels and I end at 9310.

I am having this issue too. I was on level 9342 but now I’m stuck back at 9310 with no extra levels being added. It’s very frustrating. Has anyone managed to resolve this yet?

I agree - it’s more difficult than it used to be! Most of us only contact Support AFTER we’ve done the troubleshooting 😉 Good luck. I haven’t heard back from them for a while - hopefully they’ll locate the issue. 🤞

did you try “contact us” below this page? I cannot remember the sequence and it took a little while but I eventually was able to contact them.
