Linking game to new phone

New phone and game has started at.1. How do iget back ti level i was on.. or do i have to start again?

Hi there, @lindadavidson

Since you're having issues recovering your progress, I'll gladly lend a hand.

I've had a look at your account and I can see that all your levels have been safely backed up to your King account, registered with your email address: "d**i********a1@gmail.com". To restore your content, I recommend following the steps below:

1.  Make sure that your King account is correctly disconnected from the game (if you are currently connected). To do this open the game and on the main screen tap on the blue "My Profile" button and then select “Log Out”.

2. Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.

3. Open the game and reconnect the game to your King account. Your progress should now be correctly reinstated.

4. For future reference, make sure that if you are sharing a device with other people, make sure that each person logs out of their King/Facebook account on the mobile device
