game has not been working for two months. tech team ignoring me! is it because i voiced my disdain for a player i dont know obnoxiously requesting lives? INQUIRING MINDS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW

Hi my friend unfortunately we can not stopping players from requesting lives
They may be genuinely struggling to win levels and need more help than some
I get them and I just send them it only takes a couple of seconds 💓
technical support has ignored every request for help
I see you have sadly been brushed off again. I would like an option to delete obnoxious life requests and the ability to block the players. I am over receiving 100s of life requests per day from 3 players. Who could possibly need so many lives? They are obviously using a bot or cheat method.
