I had a problem like that early summer. My screen cracked and no longer worked. I got a new phone and lost all my info on Candy crush saga. Several of the customer care team tried to help me but, no luck. I lost all of my friends, boosters and my level. I had to start at first level. Oh well, things happen and the team…
