@friscojones Hi and welcome, the w10 app is the windows 10 app version of the game that can be downloaded from the Microsoft store. Your game is still there so its just a case of you having the correct log in and your issues should be resolved. If you still have problems after this please come back to us and am sure @Crazy…

@Michael-6 Hi and welcome, i had the timed starting boosters of colour bomb and stripped and wrapped candy , but did this level 1st time with no issues. photo below shows 1 block to get with 6 moves, this may not be of no use to you if you have no boosters but did not see anything to say it was impossible

HI @Michael-6 I have just hit this level now so i will let you know how i get on but i do have dexters 6 hours of boosters so i may find it easier

@marywel Try the standard trouble shoooting tips and check your game is up to date, if playing via an internet browser clear your cache and log out and restart your device. It is probably to late to do anything but normally if you have unlimited time it shows a sideways 8 and not any numbers, so are you sure your unlimited…
