  • @tpelton515 Hi and welcome, if you app is stuck on his you will need to force close you game firstly then check for a device and game update, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue. Also clear the game cache if on an android device Hope this helps

  • @sknair Hi and welcome, in simple terms they have played more levels it does not matter if these are new or old levels as they all count to your ranking. you could play lots of easier earlier levels multiple times and your ranking would rise quicker, Rank ing also has nothing to do with game progress. Also read somewhere…
