  • I don’t play any games on my phone, all my games are on my iPad. As far as “Click on the blue button with the Facebook symbol to access your saved game. Restart the game and your progress should be right back where you left it!”, I don’t even see it. The article says “When you give an app access to your Facebook account,…
  • Furthermore, if/when I go to check Facebook permissions I get this: That is the same exact thing I got when Jelly wants me to log-in to Facebook & even though I had (as I had stated in an recent post) I as still getting promoted to log-in to o Facebook. Therefore, it is pretty obvious to me that everything you have told me…
  • This is ridiculous! In an attempt to put an end to this I (reluctantly) logged-in to Facebook & got an email from Facebook about a log-in alert. I then closed both & reopened Jelly….yet I still got the same exact message s that did absolutely nothing & is therefor a complete scam message! Completely unacceptable….
  • That doesn't make sense? If that is true (which I doubt) why would it happen to just 1 game & not the others? Furthermore, I had been told before that I do not have to clear cache on it iOS device like I would on a PC, it does it on its own as needed….yet you tell me otherwise.
  • Contacting support is completely useless. I had already contacted support & that was nothing but a complete waste of time….all I ever got from them was a link to come here.
  • Stop with the stupid! No, I do not have a specific King account for the game(s), only to get into this message board. All of my King game accounts are through Facebook. However, I am not having this issue with all the Candy Crush games, it’s only with Soda. I can’t be logged-out of Facebook through the game when my pic i,…
  • Yes, it’s still happening. I play all 3 Candy Crush games (regular, Jelly & Soda) as well as both Cookie Jam games (regular & Blast) & all 5 games are linked to my Facebook but Candy Crush Jelly is the only game it is happening on. It has been happening for (way) too long so I don’t believed it’s just “a glitch” & I have…
  • That doesn’t make any sense. If I am logged-in to Facebook why would it need to “ask permission” to use Facebook? If I’m already logged-in to Facebook then it is ALREADY signed-in to my account. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why I would need to give permission when I had already done so. As far what…
  • So much for “It might take a while though, but please know we're on it!” - that is nothing but a blatant lie because there is no way it makes any logical sense whatsoever why it is taking this [beyond] long to fix it.
  • You “suddenly started getting the same problem”? I’m sorry but I don’t think “suddenly started getting the same problem” compares to a problem that I had reported eight (8) months ago (five [5] months shy of a year) that still has not been resolved!
