Lady Choo, I appreciate your reply to my post. I followed the instructions to exit the game and restart the device twice but it did not work. It is still showing zero suns and zero water droplets. There should be 114 suns and 96 water droplets accumulated so far which I have yet to use. I am at a loss.

I am not seeing it today either and the time for the event has not even expired yet. The event showed up yesterday and I won 4 levels but never got the 3 gold bars as promised.

I received this message too and passed 3 levels with boosters but there were no gold bar rewards to be had. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the level I was at originally and that was 1282. I hope the prize of 3 gold bars will be awarded for completion.
