I am frustrated by the same thing. I was told to clear my game cache, and did, but no mystery mountain. I'm tired of waiting, too

For my device, I find it at the bottom of the info page. I click on contact us. I've also gone to King. Com to get help. Search on support tab might also have a link. Good luck. They've been quick to help recently, but sometimes they aren't.
