  • Hi Louise, Since the incident happens on both your Galaxy tab S2 and Samsung S6 I was wondering if there were any apps or similar configuration on the devices? It could be VPN software, network configuration, software to manage devices or similar. I'll keep an eye out for other players with similar issues. - Mark

  • Hi Louise! Chicken Slayer told me about your issue with loading the game. What happens when you try to start the game? Does it load the intro screen or does is crash? Have you added any new apps or updates to the tablet lately?
  • Hi Ping, I've not heard of other players with the issue you're describing. Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then all your levels are backed up there. You could try playing level 1032 there and once completed it will sync back to your mobile device. Let me know how you progress or if I can help further…
  • Hi Dave, This is a long shot but worth a try; both games uses Safari for the login procedure so try starting by closing open tabs, then clear cookies and cache, reboot your iPad and give it one more go :-) Let me know if it works out for you. - Mark

  • Hi Rodolfo, Uh-ohh - you lost your game progress, your Facebook account as well as your email account :-| I suggest you start with gaining back your Facebook profile as there are several ways of recovery. Have a look at this article: https://www.facebook.com/help/132243923516844/ - Mark
