This usually happens if you haven’t played for a while and then return when a new Petopia has already started. In that case, a pop-up from the previous Petopia may appear after completing a few levels. You should still be able to access Petopia Camping now, but let me know if that’s not the case!

@Vetter Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you referring to boosters or Petopia? Also, have you deleted the game by any chance?

Hi! I’m really sorry to hear you’re experiencing this. The Studio is actively working on improving the performance of the event so that, with each new Petopia release, fewer players are affected.
