Did you connect to a different FB account in your game?

It's possible that the allocated moves has changed since the video you watched was made, it's not uncommon. I've not made it that far yet so can't double check.

I don't think the new levels can appear in your game without updating it first.

If you load the game directly on the Facebook site, do you still see yourself at level 421? If your game was actively connected to your FB then it should appear there as formatting your handset wouldn't of effected that.

What do you play on exactly? I'd recommend making the most of the tags you can select as just selecting Candy Crush Saga doesn't offer much to go on.
