Have you checked the game settings to make sure you haven't muted it without noticing?

You should be able to find a Message icon on the saga map which contains all the things sent to you. If you close the game though, anything unopened gets wiped. Have you tried clicking on the FB notifications you're getting containing lives if not?

Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should sign you into that account.

Considering that they never announce a date on any releases in advance, even on the most popular platforms, I don't see it happening for Windows phone.
