It's just like the Jackpot wheel in CC or any other promotions their other games, even if you have multuple devices you'll only be able to play them once to earn prizes if connected to the same Facebook or Kingdom.

If you connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom on your old phone, you'll be able to synchronise your progress to your new phone by simply reconnecting to which ever one of those you chose in your game on your new phone.

Items and messages get stored directly on the devices memory. As long as you haven't cleared the data or reinstalled the game, your items should be there once you disconnect from his FB account and reconnect the game to your FB account.

If you have the Facebook App installed on your new iPhone, make sure you are logged into the FB account that you play from on there as it should automatically connect to it when you use the "connect" button in the game. That's a strange one, I just checked in my game on my Android device and both mute options are working for me. Have you checked for any updates or tried reinstalling the game?
