Might be that you were playing without being fully synced to Facebook or Kingdom and didn't get properly registered.

The option generally only comes up when you open the game to play so you need to close and reopen the game to bring it back again. What "me" button are you talking about exactly? Not sure what you mean

Does your level 231 show as completed with stars on it or does it look like it's not been played yet?

The reason why the game suggests to connect to either Facebook or Kingdom in order to keep your progress safe and stored in case anything happens to your game. If you've done that then you can restore your progress by simply reconnecting to it in the game.

What were you login into with, Facebook or Kingdom? It should come back once you sign back in with your credentials.

What does it say when your are trying to connect to your Facebook in the game? Could try uninstalling Facebook and try to connect in the game again, this time it will bring up chrome for you to log into Facebook with. Hopefully that'll get you reconnected and you can reinstall the Facebook app once done.

Was that the first time you connected it to Facebook? If it was, make sure your disconnected from it and check in the game setting for an orange icon, it's the Kingdom login. if you completed an account your progress should be there when you log in. You must be at level 1836, right? It's the current top level on Android until more are released in the next update. The next 30 levels are already on the PC version.

If your connected to the same account and it's not syncing across both devices then you'll probably need to reinstall and reconnect to facebook in the game.
