It's because messages and booster are device specific, unlike Gold Bars and Progress which get synced to FB. Transfers are only done with purchased items, been there myself when I had to replace my old phone.

Once you connect your game to either FB or Kingdom, your progress is stored and can be loaded on other devices. All you need to do on your new phone is tap on connect in the game, connect to which either one you chose and your progress will load up.

Messages and booster don't sync like progress and gold bars since they are device specific. Transfers are only done with purchased boosters, that's what happened in my case when I replaced my old phone.

As long as you synced your progress to either Facebook or Kingdom by connecting to them, you'll be able to restore it by connecting again in the game once you've reinstalled.

Strange, but the lock out will be from Facebook and not the game itself, on mobile you either sign in through a web browser into FB or through the FB app directly if you have it installed. Might want to check the help page from Facebook on this one.

What gifts are you talking about exactly? There are Live Ops events that appear every now and again where you can win rewards but apart from that, that's about it.

No change after clearing cache and cookies I take it? Have you loaded up the game in a different browser just to eliminate browser related issues as well?
