If you're stuck at a roadblock it might be worth a try to send single requests through rather than by bulk, I had more luck that way but in the end because it was giving me so much hassle I decided to give Kingdom a try and have to say things have been way smoother there.

Yeah since the arrival of Windows 10 the platform list needs to be updated, before that you could only play via Facebook or King.com on windows which is listed on the other hand. I'm guessing you're on W10 right?

If you're playing on PC, the best thing to do is troubleshoot your browser first and remove all cache & cookies. If that doesn't change anything you might want to try quickly using another browser to see if the issue is not tied to the one you normally use.

Messages and items don't sync between devices since they only get locally stored, it's only progress and gold bars that do. If you want the lives to go to the iPad then i'd disconnect FB from the game on your iPhone and make fresh requests from the game on your iPad, that should do the trick and get them flowing on that…
